"Melinda made my grad photo experience phenomenal! I am not used to taking photos or posing, but she helped me feel super comfortable in front of the camera. She gave me poses to try and showed me the pictures along the way to make sure I was liking the different poses, and she hyped me up and made me feel confident to try new things. She also made sure we got all of the pictures and locations that I was hoping for during our session! The photos turned out beautifully, and she did such a great job picking and editing pictures/poses that I had liked during our session, plus many that I hadn't remembered but that I absolutely loved! Overall, I could not recommend taking photos with Melinda enough. She was so sweet and very professional during both the planning process and our session. I am super grateful for my beautiful grad photos from her!"

"The professionalism of the entire process really stood out to me. During the actual shoot, I felt like Meli understood what would work best for me (poses, areas, etc.) and made it happen! I am very camera shy, and I think I am very un-photogenic, but Meli made me feel comfortable while guiding me throughout the shoot. I loved the range of poses and areas - it made me feel like I had a lot of options. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend and it didn't feel awkward at all. Meli is truly a joy to be around and I appreciate how natural the entire shoot felt. There wasn't a long turn around between the shoot and the time I received my photos - everything was very timely. When I received my photos, I was in awe. I struggle with insecurity but Meli made me feel beautiful. The photos were edited in a way where it still looks so natural and professional. I was so excited to see these photos because I have never had such wonderful photos of myself. Meli has real talent that seems too good to be true, but it is! She is an amazing photographer and I will always go to her when I need professional photos! She helped me capture a huge moment in my life and I couldn't thank her enough."

"Melinda is literally the most amazing photographer AND person. I sent her a bunch of Pinterest pictures and it was so so so fun to plan out. The shoot itself was very fun with vibey music and she made me feel very comfortable being in front of the camera. She got the photos back to me literally within a day WHICH is absolutely amazing and mind blowing. The way my jaw DROPPED when I saw the pictures... "I did a grad shoot with Melinda and it was one of the best photo shoot experiences I have ever had! She was so kind and proactive, and really knew how to capture the best moments and angles. She even ran around asking people to move out of the way and helped fixed little details on my dress/sash. Melinda was clearly very knowledgeable on how to direct a photoshoot, allowing for a streamlined and efficient (and fun) shoot. I was a bit nervous since I don’t know how grad shoots usually work but Melinda made my experience so memorable. On top of that, the photos came out AMAZING! My friend and I literally gasped when we saw them. The weather was a bit gloomy and gray on the day of our shoot but Melinda worked her magic and infused our photos with a beautiful, warm glow. "This is the best grad photo shoot experience I've had! Melinda coordinated with me early about locations on campus, props to bring, and what to expect. She took photos efficiently and worked around any issues we had with weather, lighting, and crowds of other graduating seniors also taking photos. "I had a graduation photo shoot and Melinda and I communicated through text to plan it. She was very helpful along the way as she provided me with shoot ideas, locations, links, and general suggestions. Despite changing my mind about the locations and shoot multiple times, Melinda was super accommodating and flexible! The actual shoot was efficient, quick, and a lot of fun. Melinda made it a very comfortable environment with her posing suggestions and small talk. My favorite moment was probably Melinda throwing out random, fun poses for me to try to see if they would look good (they always did) and trying to change in the desert and hoping no one would see me. Getting the final photos was super satisfying and simple. I love the way Melinda edited the pictures and she truly chose the best ones. "I had a graduation shoot with Meli and it was amazing. She really knows her poses and angles and helps you to look your best while being incredibly efficient with the time provided for the shoot. Even though 30 minutes for a shoot seemed initially short to me, after looking through her Instagram, I believed that she could pull off what I wanted in that time-frame; she definitely delivered. The money spent was incredibly well-worth it. The photos and editing were beautiful and exactly what I wanted for my graduation photos, if not even better than I expected. "The photographer was super sweet and made me super comfortable; there was never a moment I was uncomfortable. She was also very professional and very considerate of others (even wore a mask even on a hiking trail to keep her clients very safe). Since I didn’t know what to wear, she was very helpful prior to the shoot to give me quick tips on what would best complement the background we planned to shoot at when I asked her for advice. However, she always gave me freedom and ultimately wanted to satisfy the desires of the client which is a quality that not every photographer has and I commend her for it! I didn’t know how to pose but she thought of poses super quickly for me which is super nice. I love the variety of backgrounds! I don’t recall ever getting the same background as another client. The creativity is just amazing and each photo really is a thousands words and one of a kind! It is great how she is willing to travel a little further than most locals to capture amazing, God made-natural/nature-like backgrounds which I love! I also love the editing and how all photos whether in the sun or the shadows still came out amazing! The editing speed was lightning quick and so fast that it was insane that she completed it way before the promised time! It was overall an amazing experience! The photographer was super generous with the amount of photos she sent me. Would definitely want to book again in the future for any special occasion. I highly recommend her to anyone as I find it nearly impossible to ever be disappointed!"
